- EBEricka BaileyApr 3, 20261.0I’m soo tired of coming into chipotle and feeling like will today be a good experience or bad experience. Today is the last straw for Addison and elston location. I only frequent because of work area. There was me and another guy customer who was ahead of me, he ordered a bowl brown rice half steak half brisket the line worker literally loaded his bowl with both protein and rice, as it is now my tour ti order I ordered a bowl with brown rice and steak. She gives me 2 scoops of rice and about half spoon of steak then proceeded to ask the other line worker “how is that”? As much money as this company charges for their food I should never feel the need to order more food just because what’s being provided isn’t enough. Not enough because it’s measured and everyone is given the same portion but not enough because you don’t think I’m equal to the customer that is in front of me. Makes me go mmmmh, I will no longer be a customer to this location being that every visit I feel Un easy or looked upon differently.
