- RRRaymondMar 13, 20261.0Everytime I go to this location my order is never ready by the promised time even though it says ready on the app. My last order was the last straw. My order was promised at 9:40 pm which was the exact time I arrived. The cashier said it wasn't ready because they ran out of brown rice. They brought some out a few min later which she relayed to me that it will be ready shortly. After 15 min of waiting, I asked her if my order was made because the brown rice was brought out a bit ago. She said no, they are still preparing the order. After another ten min, she found my order sitting with the other done orders. Of course they keep all the orders by them with the labels facing away from customers so we can't see. I was livid!

While my burrito was sitting on the counter, a bearded employee who was cleaning touched my burrito with his bare hands. At that point, I could only hope his hands were clean, which is not something a customer should ever have to question. After that, once the burrito was finished, the employees continued rummaging around and doing miscellaneous tasks while I stood there ready to pay. I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave, but the lack of urgency and professionalism was frustrating. The overall experience made me feel poorly treated, and I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I ultimately walked out without my order. This visit raised serious concerns about food safety and customer service, and it also left me questioning whether I was treated differently. I will not be returning to this Chipotle. God bless you all. 😊
