- AAAyedh Alhababi6 days ago1.0Unfortunately, I ordered double chicken, but the employee said this was the double portion. When I looked at the bowl, the chicken pieces were very small and the amount of rice was also quite little. It did not seem like a true double portion. Please inform your staff to be honest and provide the correct portions that customers pay for. 6:14 04/07/26
- ABAshley B6 days ago1.0Unprofessional and unsanitary are the words for today. I stopped in this location on 04/07/26 in the 11 o’clock hour to grab lunch and to my surprise, I noticed the worker who stated she was the manager “ Latino female who wore glasses” was working the register with gloves on and then proceeded to make my bowl with the same gloves. When asked if she could change her gloves since she was on the register, she caught an attitude. Sanitation should be a priority and the attitude was not warranted. I should not receive attitude if im asking an employee of a food establish to change gloves after touching a register, that should and always be the norm. Disappointed with this location.

- ESEmily ScharfMar 22, 20263.0It's just overall mediocre. I think overall all chipotle locations have gone downhill. It cost me over $20 for a quesadilla and guac. At almost $5 for just under 4 oz of guac, it needs to be better guac. The guac I got was just smashed avocado. It had no onion, salt, lime, or any kind of seasoning. I just don't think I will be patronizing any chipotle restaurants anymore. They charge sit down restaurant prices for lackluster food and poor portions.
