    They never put your mobile order on the shelves like they say they will. Instead they hold your food hostage behind the counter and ignore you when you ask for it.

    Like a normal day go to get lunch here and usually a great experience. Never had a problem until today. Ordered a bowl with chicken and steak and double meat. Got less meat than the person in front of me with a single order and not a double. Then when I asked for more meat cause its double I get a weird look and like 2 little pieces added. After ask for extra sour cream and extra cheese. They charge me for 7strings of extra cheese. Then ask for soda and chips and gives me a smaller drink than I paid for. Today service was rude, wrong, and expensive. Made a decision not to come back to this particular location after this. Not worth the food for your money as they are downsizing portions and raising cost. Meal is usually 17 at most. Today meal cost 25. Order #268 3/19/2026 12:24pm. Not worth it
