  Multiple issues and I didn't even get ti order. Some homeless walked into Chipotle with me and asked some shit while I was waiting in line about to order. Waited in line for like 10 minutes and it didnt move. Had 6 workers just standing around. They couldn't even say anything to the person harassing their customers.

  A child had an accident because an employee refused to unlock the restroom — and I've been a loyal weekly customer. My daughter and I have made this a weekly tradition, stopping in together after work and school every week for the past month. It is with deep disappointment that I share this experience. During a recent visit, an employee named Pablo refused to provide the restroom access code until I had fully paid for my order. When I explained that my 5-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom — while also making clear that I was in the process of making a purchase — he would not unlock the door or offer any accommodation, even though there were no other patrons in the restaurant at the time. By the time the transaction was completed, we received the code from the receipt, only to find that it did not work. While standing at the restroom door, unable to get in, my daughter had an accident. I had to return to the counter, where Pablo then gave me a different, working code. This was not a simple error — he was aware the code on the receipt was incorrect and provided it regardless. Withholding restroom access from a child in need — especially when the establishment is empty and a loyal customer is in the process of making a purchase — is simply unacceptable. I am requesting that management review the security footage from this visit and address this matter directly. If this is not resolved, I will be sharing this experience with the Better Business Bureau and local health authorities. I sincerely hope staff are retrained on basic customer care and compassion. Families with young children should be strongly cautioned before visiting.

  I swung by Chipotle Mexican Grill and, honestly, it hit the spot when I wanted a quick and customizable meal without any fuss. The build-your-own setup means you get exactly what you want — I went with a burrito bowl packed with rice, black beans, grilled chicken, plenty of salsa, and guac. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, and it never takes long to get your food, which is perfect when you’re on the go. The vibe is casual and straightforward (fast counter service, no table service), but that’s exactly what I was looking for — simple, decent quality Mexican-inspired food at a fair price. Not fancy, but reliably satisfying every time.

  As many others have said, this location has just about the worst service I’ve ever experienced with order collection. Doesn’t matter if you are notified that your food is ready, will still have to wait and wait and wait.

  Always late. Always smaller than every other Chipotle. Super busy. Messed up my last 3 orders. Never again.
