  Their cookies are great. Stopped in to get a few to eat back in the hotel room later on. Pecan Pie and Choc. Chip were both excellent. I will come back next time I am in Chicago.

  Stopped here after dinner hoping for a sweet treat and was not disappointed! Chip City was comparable to Crumbl on cookie size and style EXCEPT with much better quality cookies and greater innovation (they had a biscoff Crookie, cookie wiches, etc) and a large selection of unique flavor profiles! They also had a very fun store setup including a Photo Booth! My friends and I had a great experience. We were in on Saturday night and the general manager happened to be there and he gave us great tips when picking out our cookies as it was our first visit AND helped us realize potential deals as we were trying to decide on just 5 cookies. I can’t wait to go back next time I visit the city. The customer service was excellent and friendly and the cookies were top tier; my favorite was the cookies and cream.

  Outstanding cookie! Would be easy 5-star rating. But everyone else was welcomed when they came in and we weren’t :(

  Very good, but everyone else got welcomed at the door but me. 🧐😂 Also, this place supports cannabalism (of cookies).
