  Great order ahead and pick up system through the app. There is a separate room/area for pickups that make for a seamless pickup experience.

  I’m sorry but this is the worst Chick-Fil-A in Chicago. I was so excited to see that they were opening up one next to my job, because I usually order through Door Dash from the one on Elston. I have ordered from this new one three times and I’ve been disappointed all three times. The food is always cold and old but today they delivered my food with none of the sauce I requested. I had to leave work just to pick up sauce to eat with my already cold food/ I was offered a free sandwich to make up for the incident. Very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from them again. The one on Elston is further and the food is always fresh!

  Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a large Sunjoy. They gave me a medium drink and the sandwich was not only missing pickles but the lettuce was extremely wilted to the point that it was dark green and slimy

  Got the new jalapeño ranch grilled chicken sandwich and it wasn’t made correctly. Picture showed pickled jalapeños it wasn’t any on it and they didn’t give me any jalapeño ranch. Also, the bun was breaking apart. Seemed stale. Will try this location one more time because it’s close to home but I will go the extra mile to the Fullerton location because I’ve never had any issues there
