  Every time I order food via the mobile app at this location, my order is always wrong and the staff always have attitudes. This is the only location where I always experience horrible customer service. My most recent issue- I saw the car behind me give back an order -( it was not their order) and the young lady put the order on the counter then another worker picked up that same order and brought it out to me. I complained to the worker how unhealthy that is and no restaurant should ever do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager noted my order was remade when the young lady brought it back in. I told him it was not because I saw her put the bag/order on the counter vs. tossing it and told him I no longer wanted my order after what I witnessed. Truly disgusting behavior from this store.

  Salad customizations are great for counting macros and its freshness is appreciated. I'd recommend the Spicy Southwest Salad. The hashbrown scramble bowl options can be hit or miss. I like that there is an option to substitute the crispy chicken with grilled filet while opting out of the hash browns, however, the portions sizes tend to vary unlike the Mac and cheese bowl which is always full 😋

  As much as I love chicken, I rarely visit. However I do love the lemonade 🍋. There are some options I want to try on the menu so I'd return to get an order 😁 I do love the naked nuggets tho. Goes great on a salad 🥗 and I do adore how it comes in a little cup. I opened them and put the container in my cup holder and was able to eat while driving to my destination. And those waffle fries are really good 😊

  I just left ordered bacon, cheese, & egg muffin combo they gave me a biscuit! A spicy chicken combo the chicken was soft & not good at all like it’s been sitting & some parts of the biscuit was hard! I also ordered an additional chicken biscuit that wasn’t on the bill happy I noticed while waiting on my food that chicken also wasn’t fresh! Such a disappointment for a $25! The hash browns were fresh why I gave 2 stars

  4-4-26 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I pulled up to the drive through at 7:39 andno one responded, I drove around and EVERYONE WAS STANDING BY THE DRIVE WINDOW. The young man stated that he didn't hear me, so I drove back around. Then they precede to tell me they can't make chicken stripe because they aren't a breakfast item. But your frying chicken patties to put on a biscuit. I have been to other Chick-fil-A 's before and got them in the morning and I had to wait a few minutes. This was a whole problem for me, but I understood why. Crestwood has management that greets the customers, addresses us by name when we get to the window. PULLMAN is still the hood, I don't care what you put in it.
