Rolling of the eyes & making smart remarks because they got called out for THEIR MISTAKE , is distasteful. Then huddled up with the employees talking about the situation like the customer isn’t standing right there is weird. Yall strive on being top tier but the customer service here is really declining . Do better.

It used to be very on point with the customer service but now it’s getting worse.
