The pizza is on point! You cant go wrong with whatever type you get. The fettuccine Alfredo is really good as well. They did take a little long to attend to us when we were seated but they made up for it with the positive attitude! Very good establishment all the way around.

I live about a 1/2 hour away, so I haven't been here in a few years, but I think I'll be coming back more frequently. The gluten free crust for the stuff pizzas was changed since the last time I was here, and it is MUCH better!

It’s been a long time since I have had deep dish Chicago pizza. It was not as good as i remember…granted what was 20 years ago. The garlic bread was not good unfortunately. It was dry. The service was great.

When I first moved to Chicago 45 years ago, this was the exact type of pizza I first had (from another long gone local place), which was a huge and welcome departure from what I was used to. Very cheesy, party cut, baby Chesters in the “corners”. One of many styles offered in Chicago, but being my first pizza experience, I’ve always considered this Chicago style pizza. I enjoy stuffed pizza on occasion, I love a thin crispy crust too. But, when I want that enduring experience that can take me back, I order from here.

I rarely leave reviews this negative, but this was genuinely one of the worst food orders I have ever placed.
I ordered from Chicago Pizza while in Chicago for work and purchased food for my crew, expecting a simple group meal. What we received was unacceptable in every respect. The pizza was burnt, dry, and tasted bad. The breadsticks were also burnt. Nothing tasted fresh or well prepared. Most of the order ended up being thrown away because it was simply not worth eating.
What made it worse was the complete lack of care. The pizza was not even cut, and nothing was included to help serve it—no plates, no napkins, no utensils, nothing. For a group order, that is basic and should not have been missed.
The cannolis were also disappointing and raised concerns about freshness. They were still colored green for St. Patrick’s Day even though the holiday had passed two days earlier, which made them appear old or leftover. There were only two cannolis in the order, and at roughly eight dollars, they were overpriced on top of being poor quality.
The entire order cost around $150 for just two pizzas, two breadsticks, and one order of cannolis, which was an outrageous price given the quality. I was embarrassed to have ordered this for my crew, and everyone agreed the food was awful.
When we contacted the business, they showed little concern. The only response offered was a small discount on a future order, which was not an acceptable resolution and did nothing to address the terrible experience we had just paid for.
To make matters worse, I later found an additional tip charge on the company card that I never authorized. Now that has to be dealt with separately, which only added to an already terrible experience.
This was not just disappointing—it was careless, overpriced, and poorly handled from beginning to end. I would never order from here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
