  Seems to be under new management. There was a mix up with orders but Mohammed went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I ordered plus some for the mix up. I appreciate his efforts in ensuring my order was fulfilled. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and this location is in good hands with a leader like him overseeing things.

  Tried Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings and honestly it hit the spot. The cheesesteak was fresh, loaded, and had really good flavor—bread was soft but still held everything together perfectly. The wings were solid too, crispy and well seasoned. Service was quick and everything came out hot, which I appreciate. Definitely a good go-to if you’re craving something filling and flavorful. I’ll be coming back for sure.

  I had an amazing experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks! The Philly cheesesteak was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and so flavorful. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Plus, the atmosphere was super welcoming great vibes, friendly staff, and it’s really a spot for all ages. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had an amazing experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The cheesesteak was perfectly cooked with tender meat, melted cheese, and just the right amount of seasoning. You can really tell they take pride in quality. The staff was friendly, fast, and made sure everything was exactly right. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe overall. If you’re looking for a solid meal that never disappoints, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend—will be coming back often!

  Man it’s unfortunate, we used to go to this Charley’s all the time but after our most recent experience let me tell you, NEVER AGAIN. They refused to refund me for an order I never received. On 3/14/26 I placed an order online for pick up through their website. It said my order would be ready at 7:56PM and when I arrived 2 minutes early the doors were locked. I could see people cleaning and closing up inside but no one came to the door. I checked online and their hours were listed until 8PM, which I did not realize because all of their other locations are open until 11. I went ahead and called the location to tell them I was there to pick up the order and they said they closed at 7:30PM. I told them I had placed an online order to pick up and they said they never received it. I told them that it charged my account and if I’m not able to get my food that I would need a refund. They said I would have to email for a refund or call back on Monday to speak to a manager. Fast forward to Monday, I spoke to a manager and he said he can’t refund my order because it’s an online order. Which makes zero sense. Then proceeded to ask me if I ordered through a 3rd party? Like no I ordered through the Charley’s cheese steak website. Then tells me “ya I don’t know, we were closed it shouldn’t have even let you place the order.” But it did and it charged my account!. Said all he could do was offer me store credit but I would have to dispute the charge with my bank for a refund. I considered store credit but why would I want to do business with a place that takes zero accountability for their issues? Ended up having to call my bank to dispute the charge and still have yet to get a response on my email to customer service. I really wasn’t trying to make this a big deal. I understand I was one of those customers that ordered right before close, even though it’s 8PM on a Saturday. But this order should have and could have been fulfilled. And if they didn’t want to fulfill it, then no biggie, just refund me my money! I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to make up for a mistake that was on their end. Wrong listed hours, issues with the online ordering through THEIR WEBSITE.
