  Great authentic indian food. The ambiance takes you to India! And the staff is super friendly and they focus a lot on hospitality. I went for the buffett and it was worth it. Based on my limited experience in Chicago area, this is the best Indian restaurant in Chicago so far.

  Get it together, Cava. Second time I’ve ordered from you in a few weeks and you messed up my order. You left multiple ingredients off of my bowl, even though they were clearly shown on the ticket. And since it was delivery, I was out of luck to get it fixed. If I’m paying you $20 for a bowl — which is already steep — you need to get the order right. After reading some of your other reviews, it appears you have an issue getting your carry out / delivery orders right. (Ahem, management, take note!)

  Tables were not clean. Had yo request for clean up. Food was ok but too mich of vinegar pickles made it sour. Horrible customer service. No smily/happy greetings. Seemed too tired like zombies and are compelled to serve. They were literally unattentive and ignored the requests made to lessen few stuffs in the menu. Literally seemed throwing ingridients like they just wanna get rid of it. Didnt feel welcomed at all. Disappointed Ordered 3 chicken rice, 1 greek chicken, 1 beef bowl

  When they first opened, the portions were good and tasted good. After the first week, the portions dropped greatly, quality became worse. Ordering online is always risky because it will almost always look like this. Hardly anything to eat… no rice, just arugula with hard stems and the arugula about to bloom. the food has so much room with the lid closed 🙄
