  Had food poisoning here. My first time here and had door dash take out.. Ended up getting sick. Would not be coming here again.

  I’m writing this review after multiple frustrating experiences at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. My husband works for the city and often takes his break nearby, so he regularly stops here for a meal. Over the past 2–3 months, this is now the third time he has gone in and been told the fountain drink machine is not working. Because of this, he was told he would have to pay an additional $3 for a bottled drink—even though a fountain drink is an extra $1. The first time, he understood and paid the extra cost. The second time, he explained that it didn’t seem fair to charge customers more for something that is clearly an issue on the restaurant’s end. The cashier responded, “What do you want me to do about it? Do you want the drink or not?”—which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The way staff handles customers in these situations is also a poor representation of the company and its ownership. Today, it happened again. He was told the machine wasn’t working and that he would need to pay extra for a bottled drink. At that point, he simply left. This is not about one bad day—it’s a repeated issue. Customers should not have to pay more because of a store equipment problem, and the way the situation was handled made it worse. I hope management addresses both the drink issue and customer service at this location.

  Walked in to place an order. I’m sure it’s faster when ordering ahead but it was a last minute decision. The woman running the register was amazing. Great customer service and patient. Food came out correct and hot. I don’t write reviews often but the customer service was great

  The staff tonight were amazing! Erica was fantastic! She let us know all of the deals and promotions going on. She walked us through everything and was very warm. Her enthusiasm and sense of humor made us feel very welcomed. It is hard to get good food late at night, but not this time. Everyone was patient and kind with made to order burger and wings!! Yummy 😊 I am very happy I stopped by!!!

  It’s quick and convenient food prepared as you’d expect from BWW. The staff is pretty attentive and there’s often been a manager around keeping an eye on things. It’s a reliable lunch choice for me. I do wish the bathroom was open to customers, though.
