    0 out of 5 stars, I have tried calling this location for months now for a refund owed to me due to a door dash order issue. Door dash refunded the store and said I needed to call the store for my refund, very disappointed that every time I call and ask for a manager, no one is there and I leave messages with no reply. Would be great if someone from corporate customer service could assist.

    the service is always slow. I went today and stood in line for 30 minutes and a worker finally came out. When they came out they asked if I was picking up or placing an order. I said placing then he proceeds to tell me he isn’t taking online orders and I say I’m ordering right now not online. Then he went back to the back so I left and said this establishment won’t be getting my money.

    I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings location today to get wings for my son's birthday because he specifically loves your restaurant. I drove out of my way to make this happen for him. When we arrived at 630pm the employee working told us he was not taking any walk-in orders. That in itself was disappointing, but what made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive way it was communicated. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer an alternative solution. My son was visibly upset because this was supposed to be a special birthday treat for him, and the interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service should reflect professionalism and respect, especially when families are choosing your restaurant for special occasions. I am not just complaining about the policy, but about the lack of courtesy and customer care we experienced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other families do not have the same negative experience. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

    I found hairs in my fries and wings while I was eating my food! I was so disgusted I couldn’t finish the rest.
