The pork and vegetable fried dumplings were great but we liked the vegetable the best because they were packed with flavor and variety. The flavors had so much depth and we also loved the side salad. It was the perfect amount.

The steak was excellent — very flavorful and cooked well. However, I was honestly surprised by how small the rice portion was, especially considering the restaurant’s name is Bowls of Rice. The rice serving felt extremely light compared to what I expected. That said, everything else about the experience was great. Parking was easy, and I really liked the convenience of receiving a text message to unlock my meal locker — that was a very cool and efficient touch. I’m willing to give it another try to see if this was just an off day or a portioning issue. The quality of the steak definitely makes me want to come back — I just hope for a more generous rice portion next time. 2romes
