It felt like they were missing a good portion of the classic options you’d normally expect—like the blueberry glazed, which is usually a staple. The selection just seemed limited compared to what I had in mind. Also, surprisingly, they didn’t have any milk at all 🥛❌, which made the whole experience feel a bit incomplete, especially if you like pairing your donut with a drink. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not what I was hoping for 😅

Don’t know her name but I remember acne skin with 2 pink heart shaped patches on her face. I pulled up to drive thru I asked for a smoothie then I wanted another one as a separate order because my twins were using their birthday money to get a smoothie each. She yelled through the drive thru speaker “I HAVE A LINE NO I CAN’T DO THAT!” I said “well I’m in the line asking for 2 separate orders” She kept saying “no I hv a line”. I’ve ordered separate orders from here before with no issue. I pulled up to window, by her facial expression she still having an attitude I said why didn’t you let me place 2 separate orders. She said “ARE YOU GETTING YOUR ORDER OR NOT!”. Her behavior I believe was trashy, unnecessary and unprofessional. Went to the baskin Robbins on stony island w 2 separate orders after leaving yours. They took my 2 separate orders perfectly fine, professional with no issue or attitude. My advice is costumer training would probably help at your location especially for this employee.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
