- KKkeresa KeresaApr 4, 20261.0Sometimes when I write my reviews, it’s not about making certain stores look bad—it’s about highlighting the differences between communities. I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, and they were out of basic supplies: no spoons, no napkins, and the place was a mess. I truly wish there was more effort put into the stores on the South Side, because the level of customer service is noticeably lower compared to other parts of the city. It’s disappointing, and it shows how uneven the standards can be depending on the neighborhood. Moreover, I doubt the level of Customer service will ever improve because this has been going on for a decade.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
