    Went there for ice cream just now and saw on the door that they have a $6 banana split on Wednesdays. I went up to the register and there was an indian guy and older hispanic lady working. Took like 5 min before the guy asked us if we wanted to order. I told him I wanted the $6 banana split but was unsure on where to find the qr code on the baskin robbins app. He said he didn't know and that usually the customer pops it up and he just scans it. Well we stepped back and were trying to figure it out cause he was of NO HELP. My husband created an account and it gave him a qr code. So we went back up to the order counter and took them forever to come to us. This time the Hispanic lady came to take our order. When she scanned the qr code she said that he was only gonna get points for it but that the qr code takes time and that she recommended we ordered through the app. We were confused because what? Literally the guy told us we just needed a qr code. She said no that the qr code takes time and the order wouldn’t come in til about an hour or so. If we didn't mind waiting. Again.. lost. Cause what the heck are you saying? That makes zero sense. So i tried ordering on the app and the price for the banana split was $10.49 on the app not $6. So i told her why isn't the price reflecting on what the promotion is? She said she didnt know and proceeded to tell me a story about another customer who ordered it but when the order came through the price dropped to $6. So i asked her if i paid the $10.49 now through the app and when they received the order it would change the price to $6 (which absolutely made zero sense in the first place) she then backtracks and says if it says $10.49 don't order it. Huh?? She said try ordering it separately. Like order my banana split separately and the smoothie in a separate order. I’m like what?! How does that make a difference? How are you promoting a discounted product but have zero knowledge of how to execute the transaction? So i was like you know what FORGET IT. I ordered a simple scoop of ice cream. She lays it on the counter and walks off. I ask her for a spoon. The cherry on top lol.. she says we don't have any spoons here is a fork. Just WOW. Both of them clueless on how to perform the transaction and didn’t ever even offer to find out or call their supervisor/manager. I mean if i don’t know something im gonna try to figure it out. That’s what customer service is. Am i the only one that’s ever tried ordering a banana split on a wednesday? Sheesh

    Staff is only good when the management is around if not they are slow always on the phone or just standing around doing nothing. Morning staff is only good

    I was waiting in line for a while until someone came to the front and took my order there were at least five people and you can say I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes just for someone to take my order but overall my icecream was great

    For the prices they charge, you’d think customer service would be exceptional. That’s not the case with this location. When you ignore waiting customers you’re losing money. Maybe it’s an issue with management, maybe it’s an issue with the employees, maybe it’s both. I just know I won’t be returning to this location, hopefully ever again.
