- SASara AllendorferFeb 17, 20211.0I only ordered one ice cream and it was completely messed up. It was not labeled for the Uber driver, no receipt, and somehow labeled as a coffee when it contained ice cream. The ice cream was not the kind I ordered with none of the toppings that I freaking paid extra for, and tasted so disgusting that even from the bit that I ate I feel sick, and it had the added bonus of large chunks of ice. I don't usually post stuff like this but wow this was extremely disappointing and honestly I want my money back. This place has a plethora of bad reviews on here. Avoid it if you can.

And he does a long sigh, pauses, and then responds with “ I guess I can make it” he was just really rude. We found it funny at the time I guess just by how shocked and it felt like a comedy movie. I never seen such bad customer service in my life. I haven’t been there at all anymore.

I went into the store and told the indian lady at the front that they messed up my coffee and she was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She told me if i wanted sugar that it was in the back of the store, I told her i wanted a new coffee with the sweetened caramel swirl. She then threw the coffee into the garage can. This place always messes up my coffee and they take a long time to get things done.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
