They had the Uber eats driver drive there and wait for nothing and after made the driver call me to tell me that they don’t have half my order. THEY COULD HAVE JUST CANCELLED IT without wasting my time and the Uber drivers time!!!! We called them and told the Indian guy that we could barely understand to cancel. They still didn’t cancel it after he said they would. Had to contact Uber eats customer service to cancel this. Totally incompetent people working at this joke of a place. Get a different job if you don’t know how to fulfill orders!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
