- KKKelly “SORA NOCTIS” KuesisDec 28, 20251.0Went through a lot of trouble ordering this image cake and made sure it was the right resolution we went through 100 pictures to make sure came all the way from Michigan to spend my birthday with family order a full sheet with a security breach symbol and next day at pick up they tell me the baker went on vacation that I had no cake and this is the second time the first time no image this time no cake it seems like all these baskin ribbons need a complete overhaul with different workers because at every Chicago BR it’s the same kind of reviews you guys are terrible and ruin everything and every occasion I am extremely upset this is the only thing I wanted and I bought it myself I think it’s excuses I don’t see how an only baker goes on vacation or how there’s no back up bakers I hope no one goes here you don’t deserve business you just ruin special occasions.

I was instructed to wait in line at the Dunkin' Donuts counter. After waiting for 10 minutes and ordering ice cream, I was directed to the Baskin-Robbins counter. Here, I waited for 10 more minutes before someone came to scoop my ice cream while many people who entered the store after me were served. Finally, someone came and scooped my ice cream. But it didn't end there. Rather than checking me out at the Baskin-Robbins counter, I was told to go wait in line AGAIN at the Dunkin' Donuts counter. This took 5 minutes. Finally, I paid for my ice cream (in cash), and was given incorrect change.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
