- RRRRTMar 9, 20261.0Visiting from out of town, I stopped by this store and bought ice cream for my son and myself. After we finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the staff if I could use it and was told the restroom was “out of order.”I then asked how staff members use the restroom if it’s out of order, and the employee told me they go next door. We sat back down, and about 10 minutes later a Hispanic/white male went to ask about the restroom. This time the staff immediately let him in. When I asked why they were picking and choosing who could use it, the male employee got an attitude and walked away.That felt extremely unprofessional and dishonest. If the restroom is out of order, it should be out of order for everyone. It seemed more like they didn’t want to clean it and were making excuses depending on who asked. Very disappointing customer service.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
