  At one point this place used to so good, I had it a few months ago the staff was rude, they just seem mad. Today I tried them again & the link is so dry the tips are bones . The tip didn’t have any sauce on it. I probably had 8 fries. This is sad, I know ppl are going to continue to go there because it’s a staple but they honestly need to do better. I’m sorry I could never recommend them to anyone.

  Food was terrible it tastes like it's been boiled and being put on the grill so much fat on every piece of tip I live all the way in Park Forest I am overly pissed off I paid $25 and $0.04 for this before you go here go somewhere else The sauce has changed I don't believe that this is the same owners because this tastes terrible it takes nothing like Alice's I've been going here all my life I moved to Park Forest and this what I got when I stopped in the neighborhood to get some Alice's this place is not good anymore to me very sad and customer service even Sader fat on every piece of meat they cutting them so big so you could pay to get them cut regular size like they should cut them anyway this is a hoax I am so upset Alice's I will never come back there Y'all need some new cooks that food tastes terrible and the sauce don't even have no taste to it nothing I asked for hot sauce barbecue sauce hot ain't nothing hot about this I'm very upset and I'm sending a picture count yall days the board of health will be contacting yall yall just taking people money smh 😪 😴 😤 😔

  They have some really good barbq. I like the sauce flavor and how much meat you get for $20. The turkey meat combo is good.

  Went there 11:30pm on 3/31 and they were not open, update your open and close hours. Wasted my time driving over there

  I don't know how to get in contact with the owner of Alices and I hope this message reaches them. I came from far south to get some of those Good rib tips just to have an abundant of fries with a few tips scattered across the top. I even asked if they can put my fries separate from my ribs so this would not happen but they did not grant my request. Now I love their food but I am starting to feel scammed when I go there. I mean no harm I just feel with the prices they can at least accommodate my request. I come for the ribs not the fries. I work hard for my money and choose to support them just for them to act stingy with them ribs. It really is disheartening. God Bless!
