  Went to dine in to watch a baseball game. Arrived 15 minutes before the game started and asked immediately if they could put the game they said no problem. 45 minutes later and after asking 3 more times they finally got the game on. Ok by itself maybe not reason to complain. My bacon patty melt was pretty good by itself id give that 4 stars. My fries were cold and beer was warm it was an ultra draft so that brings the food rating down. To end the visit, we gave the card to waitress to pay and an accident happened, they charged us our check and someone elses as well. Our waitress came over and was apologetic, she said the manager said he canceled the transaction and we shouldnt see it. When we look the transaction was there. We asked to speak to him and he was very rude in my opinion has no buisness being a manager. He said he did his job and if the transaction is there it will be refunded. He's like well things happen no apology at all. And I said ok I understand things happen but we would like something for the inconvenience of being charged someone elses bill. He said you are getting something your're getting your money back. He is horrible with customer service in my opinion has no buisness in that position. Not apologetic, rude and confrontational. Managers name was Lue. Horrible manager and seems like a horrible person.

  Came here just today and was served dirty uncleaned utensils.this location needs to overlook the silverware before serving to guest, very unsanitary..

  Melissa was great. She went above and beyond and brought the food in a timely manner, although she was triple sat I could observe it love her . She is the best friendly and exactly loved by experience

  Very very disappointed with my experience today. Out of the 60 wings that I ordered, only 5 wings were hot and cooked to order. All 55 other wings were inedible. If you are to order any wings, get the dry rub as these were the only "fresh" wings. I have never left food or thrown out food before from a restaurant, however I couldn't bare myself to eat these the next day, or give them to anyone. The wings were cold, and tasted a few days old. Extremely disappointed, and what once was a great spot to go to once in a while is now a spot I will never ever go to again. Please BEWARE. Take your money elsewhere. This is not the same Bdubs that I once remember.

  It’s not even funny, I received undercooked food, and the quality of the sandwich is equal with McDonald’s, but the prices are skyrocketing. I was there a year ago and this place was way better. Never again!
