  I ordered through the drive-thru, and the cashier with red hair (I didn’t catch her name) was very rude to me. I noticed she was adding way too much ice to the drinks, and I asked her if she could please reduce the amount of ice before she even finished making them. She refused and said she wouldn’t change anything, which was very unprofessional. She then continued making the drinks the same way, and when I received them, the cups were basically full of ice with very little actual drink. This was really disappointing, especially since I asked politely ahead of time. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience

  Bathrooms with codes that don't even work. We are human beings. How degrading to have to ask for a bathroom code and have it not even work. I am an Uber driver and we provide a service and the least Dunkin Donuts can do is let us use a restroom. Not to mention the prices are rediculous now. $5 for bare minimum wrap and medium coffee. No thanks.
