- TBTay B4 days ago1.0You can hear the female AM manager berating the employees behind the counter, speaking disrespectfully to everyone. It's very quiet in the lobby so you can literally hear everything behind the counter. Very uncomfortable experience, I feel bad for the employees. You could tell they were frustrated with the way they were being talked to.
- EEEwelinaApr 1, 20262.0Most of the workers here are wonderful. The food is always warm but they do take quite some time to get orders out. Once waited 12 minutes for an ice cream cone. One of the young workers that only ever works register has no emotion and he never has a smile on his face. I understand not being in a great mood all the time but never having a good attitude or being polite is one thing. He is also very slow at taking orders. They also messed up my sandwich, and he said that I “ordered the wrong thing,” when i showed him the sticker of the sandwich I was supposed to get but didn’t. The manager was super polite and remade my sandwich for me.
