  I use to stop here ever Monday and when they have wing specials. I spent a minimum of $50 every time I visited. One night the lady didn't give me my fries, I paid for. Called when I got home she said, sorry will write your name down for your next visit. Next Monday came i ordered my normal order, advised what happened. The person I was talking to is the owner of this establishment and I know this to be true one night he and his wife was leaving, he pocketed monies from the register and left. He tells me he doesn't see my name and went on to ask me what woman told me that as if we are friends. I said I can't honor that. I told him to cancel my $50 order over a $5 fry and I have not been back sense. Please dont take your money there go to Matheson, i now go to the one in Dyer

  Customer service is terrible. I got my food after requesting my initial order I asked for ranch sauce then had to pay extra after receiving my order. If you help the public you should be more friendly or know the standard procedure of helping the public. .

  I placed the order at 9:25pm, the app stated my order would be done in 10min. I got here at 9:40pm and the man told me that someone had already picked up my order and he could not remake it or give me a refund, I showed him proof of my receipt with the app and email. He said “someone came 20 mins ago and picked up the order” how did someone picked it up right after I ordered it ? Doesn’t not make sense. I kept arguing with this man and I asked him to check cameras and i asked him if he checked the persons receipt when he “picked up” the order. They refund to give me refund or make my order. It was 50 wings so it was not a small order or a little bit of $.

  this location always gives me diarrhea….the chicken tenders this time was half done. this will be the last time i visit.

  Bad service. This was my 2nd time here. I wanted to give it a second chance, since it's close to my house. I got here at time to pick up my online order. However, I waited over an hour for my food. When I asked the worker, she'd keep on telling me that my order was almost done. So I kept waiting. New customers came and left, and I was still there waiting for my food. They would attend new customers and give them their food, regardless of the fact that I had been waiting for so much longer. It was until the 3rd time when I asked about my order that they finally gave it to me. I'm definitely not returning here. The workers seem nice, but it was the lady who seemed unfriendly. To all the other customers, she would give them their bags in their hands but when it was finally my turn, after an hour of waiting, she just threw it on the counter. Really bad service.
