  I had the worst experience ever at Taco Bell in Chicago Heights. This was actually my second time trying to give them a chance, and it’s always the same thing. The drive-thru is a complete mess. You can’t even place an order without the manager jumping on the speaker and talking over the person who’s already taking your order. It’s confusing, chaotic, and completely unprofessional. The staff is extremely rude and impatient. They rush you the entire time like you’re bothering them just for being there. There’s no basic customer service at all just attitude and poor communication. At this point, it honestly makes you wonder why they’re even still open. It’s clear why there are barely any cars in the drive-thru and the service is the way it is. If nobody wants to come to work or do their job properly, just shut it down or find another job. Seriously, this location needs a complete change. Definitely one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back.

  Did not have a good experience here. The person taking our order was very rude. She said if we didn't hurry up and place our order we would have to get out line and go back around. Mind you we were the only ones in the drive thru. We felt rushed and not welcomed. When did get to the window, we realized that from being rushed we made a mistake and forgot to say frozen ba ha blast. When asked if we could correct it, she gave us the nastiest look and took the drink and replaced it with a small when we paid for a medium. We just took the L and left. The food was terrible and burnt. Would not recommend or return.

  I have been frequently visiting this Taco Bell at least once a week. Every time I go there I order three supreme luxe boxes. Today at 10:30 pm, I was in the drive- thru, with no one ahead in line or behind me. When I told the drive- thru rep that I wanted three supreme boxes she said you must come in to order three boxes….I said huh since when? She said stated I can only order two boxes in the drive through line. I said well I have two children in the car, I’m not coming in. She proceeded to say well you will have to drive back around to place the order for a third box,l. I l said why there’s no one here, she said because of the drive through timer! I’m going to say this once, I have been coming to this Taco Bell since 2022, I have never stepped foot inside of this establishment and to be told that I can’t place an order for three boxes is totally insane and furthermore a safety concern to get out of my car at this time of night. And then you expect me to drive around and place another order while paying double tax!! STOP IT! This was the absolute worst service that I have ever received from Taco Bell and I will no longer be a customer! I’ve had a long night and this made it worst! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

  Worst service ever server me tacos with out lettuce.and box with taco a shell with a tea spoon of meat and sprinkle of cheese .I'll never go there again and charge me 8 dollar for a 7dollar box for shells
