  Took over 30 minutes to get my food and they messed up my order twice. Gave them my receipt twice (printed and digital) and even verbally told them and they still got it wrong. And that last part still gets me, how can I tell them “no pickles, no onions” and they can only repeat only the no onions part to the employees? Ridiculous. Would give negative stars if I could.

  Why do you put cheese on people's food when they specifically ask for something WITHOUT cheese. I double checked when I ordered my food, I checked my receipt to make sure it said no cheese. I get to work, and my sandwich has cheese. It's melted into the bread an on the meat, and you can't remove it. Are you trying to unalive people with allergies? Come on now. But I have to say the person at the window who handed me my order was very kind and friendly and I know it's not HIS fault my order was wrong.

  This establishment really has to do a better job in training their staff, I purchased a coffee and when the young lady gave it to me, the lid wasn't properly placed, when I grabbed it the lid came undone burning my hand, which almost caused a 2nd degree burn, no one til this date has had the common courtesy to reach out and properly apologize other than "I'm sorry about that", from the then manager on duty. And yes, I filed a incident report.
