    I recently visited this Wendy’s location with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted by any of the staff. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and customer engagement — we had to speak first before receiving any acknowledgment. When placing our order, I specifically requested that everything be made fresh. Despite this, the food we received had clearly been sitting for a while, and some items were cold. I had to return to the counter to ask for fresh fries, which should not have been necessary considering my initial request.Overall, the staff appeared inattentive and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. This experience reflected poorly on the level of service and quality I expect from Wendy’s. I would rate this visit extremely low due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer requests.
