- ACAlejandra CamposFeb 12, 20261.0This establishment really has to do a better job in training their staff, I purchased a coffee and when the young lady gave it to me, the lid wasn't properly placed, when I grabbed it the lid came undone burning my hand, which almost caused a 2nd degree burn, no one til this date has had the common courtesy to reach out and properly apologize other than "I'm sorry about that", from the then manager on duty. And yes, I filed a incident report.

But when I pulled up, and worker was bringing out 2 orders for curbside! They failed to put Splenda in my coffee! Had to dig around the car to find some for my bitter coffee!

The Hispanic female manager working tonight was absolutely rude & disgusting!! I'm assuming the management changed based upon the ongoing issues. This used to be my favorite location and now I don't plan on returning.

They say yes sir, so I park and guess what there food missing, and the manager at that time was a lady and she gave me a hell of a time, I try hard not to go there, but sometimes I think maybe this time will be good, and guess what lol you know what's coming yes still missing food.
