    Overly filled with rice which made my friend and I’s bowl overstuffed and messy. Other than that, good spot.

    Chicken and steak was cold, they were out of too many other ingredients to even be open. Workers act like they didnt want to be there.

    Waited for my pick up order for over 40 mins - steak and chicken. But the young woman with long black pony tail and neck tattoo at the counter tonight at 9 pm was very rude. On her phone almost the entire visit texting, not even looking up to answer my questions. When asked about a bathroom the woman with red hair stated “it was closed for the night” even though the restaurant does not close until 11 pm? The red haired woman then proceeded to walk around yelling at the two men working the entire time I was there. Very hard on the cook with the glasses when he was just trying to do his job. Not a nice way of speaking to employees at all and it’s noticed. Made me uncomfortable and feel bad for the man who was cooking. All around the customer service was really off and unprofessional even hearing their personal conversations.

    ordered off chipotle app so bad.. i asked for extra everything paid $20 and this bowl is barley full. the food has NO SEASONING its gross… and filled with lettuce

    Only visited this location twice and both times food was not ready. This time I had to wait for white rice becaise they made my husband and kids order already and the Caucasian girl said it will be 15min. I paid for my meal and sat down. Line got long. I stood up and noticed that she made 2 customers bowl w/ white rice. So I ask her and she told me to get in line. Why am I getting in line after o waited 15 min and paid for a meal? Sje rolled her eyes and ignored me. The next customer in line let me in front of her because she said that wasn't fair. The Caucasian girl had an attitude fixing my food. I'm confused, I'm the one who should be mad! Smh...Horrible! I encountered another issue as well but just know I won't be going to that location again. Good Luck!
