  Went through drive thru. Said our card declined used another card and still declined. FYI both cards fully working. Asked her to let the manager know she had tried two different cards but the manager said “thats their problem not ours”. Maybe try checking if your machine is working properly at least

  The Waterloo McDonald's typically gets your order wrong, especially unsweetened tea vs sweet tea. Workers are generally polite, even when you ask specifically if it's unsweetened tea, they will smile and tell you yes. Even when you go back and tell them it was sweet. 😐

  First off, the road sign said "mcdonalds just ahead" but it was at least a mile off my route. Meanwhile, I passed several other places I could have stopped. Then there was a mixup about the price according to the outer signage which I understood to be $5.oo for a breakfast meal, limited time. I was disappointed that one of us misunderstood the price.

  I had a very pleasant experience at McDonald’s. The service was extremely fast, and my order was prepared without any delay. The food was fresh, tasty, and served at the right temperature. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe, which was well prepared and flavorful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the food and service and would gladly visit again.
