- RRRainwaterSep 6, 20251.0Lady at the counter almost didn't make me anything cause I made the mistake of checking allergy menus and it happened to be 8:00 while the rest of my family got to order, since other places were still serving in the food court but this was the only place I knew I could eat with my dairy allergy. I've never eaten at any of the other places, so I didnt want to risk anaphalaxis on a family outing. I begged the lady to just make one sandwich for this reason, and she sighed while slamming bowls on the counter because she couldn't be bothered to make just one more sandwich, and was like, "for future reference, when everything is put up, it means we're closed," like I'm a child. She also tried guilt tripping me with the whole "Now I have to make another sandwich because you're here," and even admitted they were closing the Subway early at 7:45 while China Wok and the others were still going past 8. Thankfully, I still received a sandwich. This is part of closing customer service. If you can't handle it, don't close. I have to help last minute customers when I close. If I can do it, she can too. 😊
- SWSusan WeersJun 2, 20231.0I called all the Rockford area Subways to ask if they had the seafood sensation sub and they all said no except this one and I got there and found out they don't have it either. I do eat other subway sandwiches, but the seafood sensation sub has been my favorite since I was a kid. I think it was called seafood and crab when I was younger. Very disappointed. Totally wasted my time!!! Needless to say they didn't get my business today. I walked across to Sbarro's and ordered food.
