- KBken braggNov 9, 20251.0Waited in line for a long time. Felt bad for the girl working there until she took a lady that cut in front of me.
- MPMeredyth PfeiferNov 3, 20251.0Stopped at Subway in the Cherryvale Mall to get my granddaughter a meal. The girl behind the counter seemed a bit flustered, and didn't seem to know what sandwiches were available. When I asked for a cold cut combo, she stated that they didn't have that at this location, even though it was posted on the menu board, and it appeared that all the listed ingredients were visible in the case. I had a question about the bread, and she quite rudely said that it was the right bread. She then continued to make very condescending remarks about me not knowing what kind of bread it was. When she asked if it was a combo, I said "No, just the sandwich." My granddaughter then asked for a drink, so I amended the order to a sandwi h and a drink. The server then very sparkly said," Oh so NOT just a sandwich." with an eye roll. Overall, the attitude of this server was extremely rude. Normally, I enjoy getting food from Subway, but this is a location I will never patronize again. The server was not wearing a name tag, but we were there on November 3rd 2025 at 3:15 pm.
- RRRainwaterSep 6, 20251.0Lady at the counter almost didn't make me anything cause I made the mistake of checking allergy menus and it happened to be 8:00 while the rest of my family got to order, since other places were still serving in the food court but this was the only place I knew I could eat with my dairy allergy. I've never eaten at any of the other places, so I didnt want to risk anaphalaxis on a family outing. I begged the lady to just make one sandwich for this reason, and she sighed while slamming bowls on the counter because she couldn't be bothered to make just one more sandwich, and was like, "for future reference, when everything is put up, it means we're closed," like I'm a child. She also tried guilt tripping me with the whole "Now I have to make another sandwich because you're here," and even admitted they were closing the Subway early at 7:45 while China Wok and the others were still going past 8. Thankfully, I still received a sandwich. This is part of closing customer service. If you can't handle it, don't close. I have to help last minute customers when I close. If I can do it, she can too. 😊
