  Waited in line for a long time. Felt bad for the girl working there until she took a lady that cut in front of me.

  Stopped at Subway in the Cherryvale Mall to get my granddaughter a meal. The girl behind the counter seemed a bit flustered, and didn't seem to know what sandwiches were available. When I asked for a cold cut combo, she stated that they didn't have that at this location, even though it was posted on the menu board, and it appeared that all the listed ingredients were visible in the case. I had a question about the bread, and she quite rudely said that it was the right bread. She then continued to make very condescending remarks about me not knowing what kind of bread it was. When she asked if it was a combo, I said "No, just the sandwich." My granddaughter then asked for a drink, so I amended the order to a sandwi h and a drink. The server then very sparkly said," Oh so NOT just a sandwich." with an eye roll. Overall, the attitude of this server was extremely rude. Normally, I enjoy getting food from Subway, but this is a location I will never patronize again. The server was not wearing a name tag, but we were there on November 3rd 2025 at 3:15 pm.

  Lady at the counter almost didn't make me anything cause I made the mistake of checking allergy menus and it happened to be 8:00 while the rest of my family got to order, since other places were still serving in the food court but this was the only place I knew I could eat with my dairy allergy. I've never eaten at any of the other places, so I didnt want to risk anaphalaxis on a family outing. I begged the lady to just make one sandwich for this reason, and she sighed while slamming bowls on the counter because she couldn't be bothered to make just one more sandwich, and was like, "for future reference, when everything is put up, it means we're closed," like I'm a child. She also tried guilt tripping me with the whole "Now I have to make another sandwich because you're here," and even admitted they were closing the Subway early at 7:45 while China Wok and the others were still going past 8. Thankfully, I still received a sandwich. This is part of closing customer service. If you can't handle it, don't close. I have to help last minute customers when I close. If I can do it, she can too. 😊

  First off the Subway in front of the Cherryvale mall in the road ranger was closed because the employee didn’t show up. So to please my son we went into the mall to get his sandwich. Big mistake. The store does not honor the coupons and made their sign to only allow you to get their select sandwiches. They were out of ingredients to make the first two subs I requested so instead of ordering the 3 foot long subs I just left with one 6” sub. It’s like the slums of Subways. This franchisee should be ashamed of his store! Wouldn’t be surprised if he owned the closed store out front as well.

  I approached the Subway counter to place an order. There was no one there right away, when the lady came out she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the "be back in 15 minute" sign on the counter. It was apparent she didn't want to serve me and her break was entirely more important. With that I didn't say a word, instead, I turned around and walked away. There are other choices in the malls food court to pick from. As i was walking g away the woman working at subway screamed at me until I was out of sight. I didnt say a word and I was treated like this... makes me want to run back and spend my money where I as a guest was treated poorly. This is terrible customer service and I will not go back. Her behavior was totally uncalled for and not to mention humiliating that a word was not said by me but I got screamed at and everyone in the food court turned around and watched. Never never never again. People like this should not be working with the public, they are a drain on the company and with an attitude like that a drain on the company assets. Subway needs to reevaluate who they hire.
