  Went in there and ordered right away and it took over 20 minutes just to get a blizzard. And a gentleman that had already ordered before I got there had been waiting for 2 cones and a dilly bar it shouldn't take this long !!!!!! Maybe serve orders as they are placed not make drive thru priority because thats what I have seen in the 4 trips I have been there.

  Went inside, ordered, & dined in! Food was ready quick, boys really enjoyed the bbq chicken tenders! Friendly staff. Thanks! Will be back soon!

  We had a great experience during lunch hour with our group of 10. Service was great and our came out quick and correct. We liked how there were plenty of areas for large groups to sit together. They also have a large gravel lot next to them for semi’s and buses to park. Workers were kind, restaurant was clean. We enjoyed the Backyard Bacon Ranch burger, pretzel sticks and dipped cones are always a favorite.

  I completely understand that the staff is new and younger, however- waiting over 45 minutes to pick up 2 meals and cheese curds is rough. I placed my order at 9:11 p.m. and didn't receive my food until after they closed.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. We were pulled forward in the drive-thru to wait on gravy, which is already inconvenient—but after sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, an employee finally came out just to tell us they didn’t even have any gravy. No food in hand, no update the entire time. Then they went back inside, came out with our order, and somehow thought it was acceptable to give us cold food while claiming it was “just made.” On top of that, there was zero effort to make it right—no refund for the gravy we paid for and didn’t receive, no apology, nothing. I don’t care if you just opened—this is basic service. Poor communication, wasted time, and no accountability. Won’t be back.
