    Either super slow or incorrect, no in-between. Every time. I wouldn't be making a complaint but this happens WAY too often. I got my order through doordash. The receipt clearly says no onion on my burger. But for some reason I got no onion and NO LETTUCE?? Odd okay whatever. Ordered a chocolate chunk brownie blast and no brownie, only chocolate chunks. You guys haven't even been open more than a couple years at this location. Get it together Sonic! Pure lazy.

    The food is fine, but service is always slow. Blasts are never full and poorly mixed.

    Went through today and spent around $20 on drinks and my son’s kids meal. Lady taking my order sounded very annoyed to be taking my order. Once I got to the window, she was very quick to rush everything out to me. I had to ask for a drink carrier as I was getting handed 5 drinks (should’ve been 6). I paid almost $6 for a medium milkshake that I did not receive. Once I realized that the milkshake was forgotten, I turned around to go back through the line. There was a line of more than ten cars. I decided to wait a few minutes and then it turned into over ten minutes of the line not moving so I just decided to take the loss and leave. Overall, I am not upset about not getting the drink but rather the poor customer service that was given causing me to not get the drink.

    You always have to wait 20 minutes minimum for your order. Employees are most of the time nice but there’s no hurry at all in their work.

    my girl Alaiyah was on point, she took our order and brought it to us, it took a little longer than expected but our food was amazing and she had awesome attitude!! 10/10 experience
