  Curbside pick up is an extremely long wait. Expect to wait 15 - 20 minutes. Its extremely frustrating. You expect to go to curbside to avoid delays at the drive thru... but frustrating to watch the drive through empty out multiple times while you wait for curbside. Avoid this one if you can. Two thumbs down.

  One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Whether there’s one car, or 10 it doesn’t matter. They move at a snails pace, are rude when they bring you your food, and don’t seem to care to do their job. I know it’s fast food but have a little more pride in your work. Every single time I eat here I end up waiting 15-20 minutes for my order. It’s why I often choose better restaurants. I thought I’d be able to get in and out today and get to work without issue, but nope. One again the wait was far longer than it needed to be and I am now running late to work

  I’ve never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life. I try to avoid going here because every single time you order you end up waiting nearly a whole hour for your food. WHY?! There is NO reason why it should take that long EVERY SINGLE TIME.

  Don't try to use a code here because I went to tell them my code for my free frys. When I told them my code. When I went up to the window and I did not get my free frys. So I asked them and they said "I did not go through". I could not used my app because when you use your code you have to wait 15mins till you can use codes. So don't use codes here.

  I have always been a person to have compassion for retail and fast food workers as half the time the problem is not the workers themselves but a staffing issue. Often, going inside is faster and more efficient. I was proven sorely mistaken. Paid for my order and nearly 30 minutes later, standing there waiting inside, they had to resubmit my order on the register because it got cleared as served, leaving me with them scrambling to actually fill my order. I really feel bad for this location that this happened during a rush and I cringe to think of what else has occurred during a rush. They need to properly staff this location because if this is a regular occurrence during a regular occurring rush, they are going to end up going under or stressing out what little employees they do have into quitting. I could have driven to the mattoon Mc Donald's, ordered, got my food, and been home in CHARLESTON and halfway done eating by the time we barely got our food. Kind of ridiculous.
