  We placed 3 orders through the mobile app to be convenient for the drive-through so we didn’t have to go around twice because of the only 2 orders per car rule, but when I get to the speaker the lady in the other side was rude when we asked why we couldn’t just pick up all 3 orders when they where all already payed for online she insisted we had to go around. We pick up the first 2 orders and she says under her breath “can’t forgot the mild sauce don’t want to hear you complain” which was uncalled for. We have to do an around the block, because no left turns allowed leaving the drive through. We go back to the speaker and ask for the last order which she says they don’t have it. We say can we pull up to the window, because in the app it says it’s ready, but again she asks us to go back around because they have no more online orders. Well we tell the real name on the order and she was like oh yeah we have it. We pull back to the window and ofc they don’t have the order ready it legit was a Baja Blast and Nacho fry we said at the beginning we had a 3rd order couldn’t have at least the drink ready. Overall the experience with the worker was not great she was very rude. A quick grab and go turned into like 15mins for no reason. They also messed up on one of my friends orders

  I never write reviews but this is the exception I went to Taco Bell today before work as one does I have never been treated so rudely by staff the man working the window was very rude and disrespectful towards me I tried to give my order at the speaker which included one extra sauce which I wanted to buy for some reason this man could comprehend that I wanted to pay for an extra sauce he just kept yelling at me saying it only comes with one sauce I kept saying I know I want to get another sauce after he finally understood what I was saying I pulled up to the window and he was giving me rude nasty looks I had a question to ask about my order I kept saying very nicely excuse me I have a question to which every single time without fail this man gave me a nasty side eye and mean mug after he slammed the window in my face I ended up driving off and after all of that confusion with my sauce I still got the wrong one.

  The man who took our order was rude and difficult to talk to. I wanted bell sauce and didn't even receive any because he kept suggesting honey mustard and rang all of my sauces up as honey mustard. not to mention my chicken was very old and gross i couldnt even eat it. absolutely terrible service and food.

  I tried the new mini Taco salad and I thought the garlic steak French fries. But when I got home it was just french fries and you dipped them in some kind of cheese sauce. Then I tried the mini taco salad and it had such a weird flavor I don't know if it's because of the lettuce it's pretty shredded and I'm sure in a container but it has that artificial taste to it I had to throw both of the little salads out
