- RMRebecca MyersOct 21, 20251.0I agree with the review from 6 days ago, they don't understand what you order in the drive through (hot coffee, not iced) then begin handing out hot food before being given an iced coffee I never asked for, then now there's a line and you want me to drive back through, so I parked and went inside and got my refund for $14.51, which btw if you ask me, is way too much for a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and a medium hot flavored coffee. These folks need to understand English better and need TRAINING.

I asked for avocado toast and I received soggy bread. I asked the employee to replace it and was told it was toasted while I squeezed the bread and watched it go back to its original shape. My coffee was with sugar only. The guy says coffee with cream and sugar looking at me. I said with sugar only. He says yes and repeats with sugar only. Only to be with cream. Don't start your day this way.
