2nd time recently that our food was cold. We order a classic roast beef with crinkle fries each & share mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are warm the rest is cold. We are done with this Arby’s. We pay good money for cold food, not anymore.

Went around lunch time one day and was going to use the drive through but it was at a standstill for about 5-10 minutes. Gave up waiting in the drive through and parked to go inside. Once inside Noone would even acknowledge that there was a customer in the lobby waiting at the counter and there was one guy packing orders who kept looking at me but never said anything or told anyone that I was there waiting. Ended up going back out and the drive through had been cleared out completely. The burger was great but they need much better training on customer service, if a customer comes into the lobby there needs to be at least one person who greets them or let's them know that someone will come help them soon.
