- ROR OApr 2, 20261.0I never give bad reviews but this McDonalds location is the absolute worst. They don’t take your order correctly. They don’t show it on the screen so you can check it. Then they charge you for larger sizes of items. Then you pull up to get your food and half of it is missing. They I paid for a medium fry and they gave me a small. They forgot the dips. Most of the time the order is completely wrong or missing items. I just don’t understand why this location cannot get their stuff together. This has been going on for years and it never gets better.

Can't get any help at the main window, knocked at the window, etc. It is Sunday night at 8:07 pm. This sounds like a staffing issue to me. I can't ever get through on the phone to speak to a manager about anything. Again, sounds like it could be a staffing issue, so is this just a poorly managed McDonald's? Because the staff is phenomenal.
