Can't get any help at the main window, knocked at the window, etc. It is Sunday night at 8:07 pm. This sounds like a staffing issue to me. I can't ever get through on the phone to speak to a manager about anything. Again, sounds like it could be a staffing issue, so is this just a poorly managed McDonald's? Because the staff is phenomenal.
