  This is the best Dunkin in the area! I recently moved across town and have frequented all 3 locations within 5 miles and this is by far the best of the three. They always have friendly customer service, the wait time is quick, and the coffee and food is always fresh! I come here almost daily and every single coffee has been great! I feel like I usually play Dunkin roulette with “what will the coffee taste like today” and I’ve never had to do that here.

  I really don’t understand the negative reviews on here. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The food is always fresh and hot. Drinks are made perfectly. And the people here are amazing! They are so sweet and kind and always hand me my food with a smile on their face. This is literally the only DD that I like getting my wake up wraps from because they are always nice and hot. I’ve been to other locations where I’ve bitten into a cold egg and that’s nasty! But never from the Channahon location! Thanks to everyone at the Channahon location for always getting my order perfect and with a smile!

  Always friendly, one of the most efficient Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to whether it’s the drive through or mobile orders they never make you wait great service best Dunkin around.

  Bavini (I hope I spelled that correctly lol) & Patel are always so nice & professional. I've been going there for years & never have a problem with quality or accuracy. Also, they're one of the fastest owners of that location yet! Keep up the good work & thank you!

  I usually visit this location weekly around 4:00 or 5:00 PM and have always had a great experience with the staff on that shift; they are efficient and maintain high food hygiene standards. However, my visit today was a completely different story. The woman working the early shift today provided a very disappointing experience. I watched her touch multiple surfaces including the cash register, the order monitor, and even the garbage and then immediately go back to handling food without washing her hands. The lack of hygiene was so concerning that I ended up throwing my order away; it simply didn't feel safe to eat. To make matters worse, she was not paying attention to my order. I had to repeat myself three times, and she still struggled to get it right. It’s a shame because I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
