  This is the saddest pizza place I've ever been to.the food the pizza was all dried out look like it sat for days.we also stand there for a hour and they only had one employee the manager,and the time went by the employees where walking in one by one late.if I own this pizza hut I would recommend starting over new employees and managers and area manager to watch and keep an eye on this store.very bad pizza I really recommend not eat here at pizza hut on mattis in Champaign illinois.or you will end up sick or in the hospital.

  Very unprofessional workers. The guy that was answering the phone and taking orders was very rude and didn’t help with anything. I ordered my order through the Pizza Hut app and it said it was supposed to be delivered at 6:20 and it was done by 6. My order was delivered cold and not fresh and when I tried to call to make a complain he was very rude. Will not order from here again or recommend to anyone. Yall are by far the worst Pizza Hut that I have been to. Do better managers.

  02/08/2026 SUPER BOWL SUNDAY At 2:00 PM I ordered a big dinner box to be picked up at 5:00 PM. I showed up a few minutes early to check in with them. I watched roughly a dozen people come in and leave with their food. At 5:20 PM I started seeing people leaving with their orders to be picked up at 5:15 PM. I told the guy behind the counter that he could cancel and refund the order. He said something about it being on a table or something. I still left. Being uncertain whether or not they were actually going to refund me I went back to the app and contacted corporate. 1-3 business days to be contacted about refunding my money after their people put a damper on my super bowl experience. Oh, well. Learn from my mistake.
