  I’ve never had such a bad pizza in my life. Dough severely undercooked. Cheese wouldn’t stay on the pizza. When I came to pick it up they had a weed pen and nicotine sitting on the counter. Truly a terrible place.

  This papa johns is an absolute joke. I truly don't understand how they are even open. Their workers have absolutely zero standards or care in making the product, which is pizza, well. They have one job and they don't care to learn how to do it correctly. Which means that almost every single pizza comes out terrible. How do you take people's money when you can't even make edible food? I have ordered 3 separate times only because they are near to my house and open late. I will NEVER order here again. Undercooked inedible pizza, or over cooked burnt pizza with barely any toppings, cheese, or sauce. I 100000% blame LAZY, lazy, LAZY management. Also, the owners of this specific papa johns are terrible people and watch their hourly minimum wage workers at midnight to call and reprimand them rather than make their general manager who does absolutely nothing actually do his job. If you are actually taking the time to read reviews, do not waste your money here. Go to jets pizza where they actually have standards and care about their product. Or even the dominos on Kirby avenue have better standards than this terribly ran papa johns.

  I ordered a pan pizza because I had never tried it before and the marketing made it look good. I ordered online and paid online. I went to the restaurant and I could see my order sitting on the table ready to go. A worker on the line said she would get to me once she put a pizza in the oven. She made 5 more orders and continued to make pizzas without ever coming to the counter. Some workers from the back said they would get to us when they could. I stood waiting for 25 minutes while my already paid for order sat 2 feet away from me getting cold. I asked why they couldn't just hand me my food that was already paid for and he told me that he was new but they told him that making those orders takes priority over helping people at the counter. My food was paid for and sitting on the table for over 25 minutes with me there waiting to receive it. Then it turns out that the pan pizza I ordered wasn't correct. They had given me a hand tossed regular pizza. I paid for pan pizza with extra cheese. This was a hand tossed pizza with about 2 inches of crust showing along the perimeter plus it was light on the cheese. And since I had to wait for the workers to make their pizzas for over 25 minutes, my food was cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza restaurant. Don't go here until management gets their staff's priorities straight.

  This is hands down my FAVORITE Papa John’s location in town! No matter how busy or swamped they are, the team always delivers friendly, welcoming customer service. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure orders are right and ready on time. The Papa Tracker is always accurate, which makes the whole experience even better. Great service, great communication, and great food every time!

  I’ve given Papa John’s multiple chances, but the pizza is almost always messed up. It’s either dried out, overcooked, or cooked unevenly. The quality just isn’t consistent, which is really disappointing.
