    Usto like this location but they started telling me they don’t sale soup till 11 so I started going to other locations they have soup all the time so I wonder if it’s just a they don’t want to make some deal this spot is convenient for me because I drive by it every day but I rather go to other locations where they always have all the items on the menu

    We regularly order food (catering) from this Panera location to be delivered to our company for our team. We had no issues ordering with them for a year but over the last two months things have gone hill pretty dramatically. We have had issues with multiple orders being delivered on time (all advance request) and with orders being incomplete. Most recently, we ordered lunch the day before to be delivered at noon for our team, at 1PM, no food had arrived, and so I called to check-in. The manager on duty that day said "we are busy, my apologies." I asked if there was an estimate on when we could expect our food and he said "no, I do not know." I asked why no one called to tell us that our food was going to be this delayed and he did have a response. I asked for our card to be refunded and to speak to the GM. The shift manager said he left a message with the GM to call me back in the AM. The next day goes by and I never heard from the GM. I called two days later and asked to speak to the GM, again spoke with an AGM who took my info and said I would hear back, a week later, I still haven't heard anything. It wouldn't be a big deal except my team planned on having lunch that day and ended up just sitting around on their lunch break while we waited for food that never appeared. Not even a phone call to tell us there were issues so we could make other plans. Poor leadership creates environments where poor customer service is accepted. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

    I came through for an order today that was messed up last time. I got the order but today our bread had a dead lady bug on it. Honestly, this is disturbing. I’m definitely not coming back after this visit!

    1 Star – Closest Panera to My House, Somehow Also the Worst Look, I want to love this place. It’s right by my house. The convenience is unmatched. And yet, they keep finding new ways to let me down. Strike One: My sandwich arrived soaking wet. Not “a little moist.” Soaking. Wet. Like it had been submerged. It smelled like dirty sink water. I didn’t eat it. I couldn’t. My nose wouldn’t allow it. Strike Two: I gave them another chance a month later because apparently I enjoy suffering. Ordered two sandwiches. One came out fine, great, love that for me. The other was the completely wrong item. Not even close. We’re batting .500 here, which is great for baseball and catastrophic for sandwich fulfillment. There’s also consistently dirty junk all over the exterior of my bag, which is a nice little bonus insult on top of everything else. I don’t know what’s happening inside that kitchen. Poor management? Workers who have simply stopped caring about the sandwich arts? Both? There’s clearly a breakdown somewhere between “order placed” and “food that is correct and also dry.” My current theory, and I’m being genuine here, is that there’s no Wi-Fi in this location, and the staff is just grumpy about it. Get these people connected to the internet. Happy employees make dry sandwiches. It’s science. I’ll check back in six weeks. Please get it together. We’re asking for the bare minimum: correct food, that does not smell like a mop bucket. That’s it.
