  Service is consistently very slow whether going into the restaurant or ordering at drive-thru. There seems to be no sense of urgency for fulfilling orders, even when I am the only one in line. Apart from that, I have never had to complain about the food itself here, which may be why I keep coming back despite the inevitably-untimely service.

  Every single time I’ve been to this McDonald’s location, they’ve ALWAYS taken forever to bring the food out. I feel like this is unacceptable and needs to change, I often have to wait 10+ minutes and it’s so frustrating.

  As someone who often chooses McDonald's for convenience, this visit provided the opposite experience. I ordered an additional sandwich, and when I arrived at my destination, I realized one of the sandwiches was missing. Fortunately this McDonald's was not far away, but I still had to take the time to drive back which was frustrating. The employee taking drive-through orders mentioned the staff at the second window would be able to assist me. When I returned to the second window and explained that I was missing a sandwich to the employee at the window, she called out that I needed an additional sandwich. The worker who had originally handed me my food- a younger woman with blueish/greenish eyes and tattoos responded in a rude manner, stating that "all she had was one sandwich" and asked to see my receipt, seeming as if what i was saying was false. I then pointed out that the additional sandwich was clearly listed at the bottom of the receipt. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially in a fast-paced environment. However the way that situation was handled was dismissive. Situations like this can be resolved much more professionally. It would also help if staff took a moment to ensure that orders are complete before handling them to customers rather than rushing and risking items being left out. When a customer says something is missing, it would be better not to assume they are trying to get something for free. A quick check of the receipt and a courteous response would go a long way toward a much better customer experience.

  Literally the only McDonalds in CU I go to. The staff are so great. They are attentive and kind despite a huge workload. Shout out to the staff. You are all fantastic and show pure hospitality despite how much work you have to do.
