The staff handed me the bag without telling me that the mill-shake is not inside and did not hand me any milkshake. Also I watched them literally throw fries into the bag, scattered everywhere in the bad. I called after nicely about how they missed my order and didn’t even notice me however their tone was horrible and simply told me to come pick it up. I would report the staff if I could.

The burger had a terrible, dry, overly large bun (does five guys have gluten free buns?) and it included every condiment I happen to not like. Anyways, I had traveled 10 hours and it was my only meal of the day and I couldn't finish it. I was too tired to try and deal with the problem and they were already closed anyways. A lot of money to spend on a burger for them to not get it even remotely correct... I am taking a long break from Five Guys, and Five Guys Champaign is who to thank for that.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
