I understand there's some construction happening nearby, but not only did it take them 20 minutes (I check the time against text I sent when I got to the parking spot) to get my chicken strips and fries out to where they asked me to park in the lot across from the pickup window, the person taking my order was rude, they forgot my straws, and I found a hair in the box with the chicken strips. I don't even know why I had to wait so long? The fries weren't even fresh. Normally I don't have any complaints with the Wendy's chain but this was just an outstandingly horrible experience.
